Aug. 13: The Gypsy Cowboys, sponsored by the East Brookfield Cultural Council. “We invite the public to bring your own picnic dinner and decorate your blanket or table, as you would if you were on the lawn at Tanglewood,” Bedard said. “You might try a candelabra, flowers or Christmas lights.” Or, Bedard added, the town beautification committee will be selling food during the concerts. Donations will be accepted for anyone who wishes to contribute toward future concerts; checks should be made payable to “East Brookfield Band Concerts.” Sponsored by FamilyFirst Bank.
