2009 North Brookfield Youth Baseball/Softball season will be held in the bell area of the North Brookfield Elementary School on the following dates and times: Forms can be obtained at sign up or by visiting our web site www.NBYSports.com. • Saturday, January 24th: 9am-4pm 
• Sunday, January 25th: 12pm-1pm   

·       ·          Fees for 2009 will remain the same as 2008:

• T-Ball $25.00
• 7– 12 Boy’s and Girl’s $45.00
• 13 – 15 Boy’s and Girl’s $60.00

Forms needed for 2009:

• The official Little League registration form
• a Medical release form
• And if you are volunteering in any way, a volunteer form
• We also require a birth certificate for each player. A copy will do, and if you gave us one last year we should be all set.
• The volunteer form must be accompanied with a copy of the volunteer’s driver’s license.

It is very important that registrations take place during this time period so that we have our numbers to be able to evaluate the number of teams we will have.
