Aug. 6: “An Evening of Joyful Noise” featuring Stephanie Cross directing Transformed, the energetic, talented East Brookfield Baptist Church Youth Group band,who will perform Christian music with a rock twist. You’ll be clapping your hands and “movin’ to the music.” Special guest will be Cara Messier. “We invite the public to bring your own picnic dinner and decorate your blanket or table, as you would if you were on the lawn at Tanglewood,” Bedard said. “You might try a candelabra, flowers or Christmas lights.” Or, Bedard added, the town beautification committee will be selling food during the concerts. Donations will be accepted for anyone who wishes to contribute toward future concerts; checks should be made payable to “East Brookfield Band Concerts.”
