~The First Annual  Silver Bat Classic~
“Base Ball” as it was played 150 years ago in the Brookfields
This game of “Base Ball”, recreating the famous game of 1865 between the  North Brookfield and Brookfield Base Ball clubs, will celebrate the historic connection of Baseball and the Brookfields. The game will be played following the rules of the  original “Massachusetts Game” on the historic North Brookfield Common.
  Sat. July 10th 2010, the 76th anniversary of  Connie Mack Day.
