Friends of the Playground Scholarship DINNER TONIGHT
Dear Friends,
On Saturday evening February 13th the Friends of the Playground will be hosting our seventh Valentine Spaghetti Supper/Dance at the North Brookfield American Legion. We will be serving from 5:30 to 6:30.
Tickets are $8.00 with a $20.00 family cap.
To date we have given out more than $3600 dollars to scholarships to High School seniors. If we hope to continue this tradition we need your support. Maybe your kid has already received a scholarship from us, or maybe they will be in the running for one in the near future.
All money made at this supper goes directly towards those scholarships. I know there have been spaghetti suppers like back to back to back weekends lately, but it fairly inexpensive, and you don’t have to cook or clean up after. For those of you, who have attended the last couple of years Theresa, will be preparing the meal once again.
It helps us greatly if tickets are bought in advance, but there will be some available the night of the dinner. You can get them from me, Shiela Andy Caron or at Hart’s Café.
