March 15 (Monday) by 5 p.m. Deadline to file nomination papers for annual Town Elections on Monday, May 3rd. Town clerk Sheila Buzzell has announced registration and election information for annual town elections, which will take place Monday, May 3, at the senior center, 29 Forest Street, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. She reminds all candidates for office that, new for this year, all candidates for election must appear at the town clerkâs office to obtain nomination papers to collect signatures for their name to be placed on the ballot. All registration sessions and filing of nomination papers will take place at the office of the town clerk, 215 North Main St.
- The last day to file nomination papers is Monday, March 15, by 5 p.m.
- The last day to object or withdraw is Wednesday, March 31.
- The last day to register to vote for the annual town election and town meeting is Tuesday, April 13, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
